FACTS ABOUT FRIENDSHIP

Updated: Nov 8, 2022

For a friendship to last, we should have

at least 5 positive interactions for

every 1 negative interaction.

We lose 52% of our friendships EVERY 7 YEARS,

but the size of our friendship group stays the same.

50-70% reported they were NOT SATISFIED with their close friendships,

in a survey given to 6,000 people.

You should spend 40-60 hours of QUALITY TIME

with an acquaintance before they become a casual friend,

80-100 hours for a friend to become a good friend,

and +200 hours for a good friend to become a BEST friend.
