Professor of Philosophy Bennett Helm is teaching at Franklin & Marshall College. His research interests have centered around developing a solution to the mind-body problem that is adequate to serious moral psychology.

He has developed a theory of emotions and their rational interconnections with other emotions, desires, and evaluative judgments that provide the basis for an account of the nature of persons.
