Mariella Montesinos has a degree in Nutrition and Food Science by the Iberoamerican University of Puebla.
She is a published author of nutrition education books and has a set of education, recreational and didactic material for the teaching of nutrition in called MMMNUTIN®. Her books have been used and sold all over Mexico and she has been invited to various book fairs of prestigious institutes, such as the The Secretariat of Public Education (SEP) responsible for national education and The National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM).
She has volunteered in two public hospitals as a nutritionist. She has also worked with many schools, both private and public institutions, giving nutrition lectures and readings. She is currently part of a research program to focus on the reduction of childhood obesity through nutrition education.
Marialla is studying her master’s degree in education at the Monterrey University of Technology and studying a certification in Improving Global Health: Focusing on Quality and Safety at Harvard University.
